REQUIREMENTS FOR MENTEES

Requirements for Mentees Mentees may include students, Youth Corp Members, aspiring professional, online entrepreneurs, social advocate or activist.

Mentees must demonstrate willingness to commit to the mentoring process. They must be self-driven, highly motivated and have the capacity to drive change in their own personal capacity. Must possess excellent writing and communication

MENTEES’ OBLIGATIONS

• Sign mentorship agreement with mentor and the program
• Suggest and agree on suitable and appropriate means of communication with mentor and how to receive feedback.
• Participate actively in the program activities.
• Agree on an appropriate work schedule with mentor.
• Be actively involved in the entire mentoring process.
