Maureen Ada-Leonard is an international speaker, writer, and thought leader. She is the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of EtiNard Consulting Nigeria Ltd.

Maureen Ada-Leonard is an Organizational psychologist and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance of Nigeria. She has several years of corporate experience spanning through Strategic Planning, Customer Services, Branding and Business Development in the Insurance subsector of the economy, after which she transited to EtiNard Consulting Ltd- a management consulting firm in Lagos. As an independent consultant, she creates content and programs that can enhance personal, professional and organizational capabilities for institutions and corporate organizations. She is a lead faculty with Access Bank training school and the School of Business Excellence and a training partner with First City Merchant Bank (FCMB). She has facilitated and organized several trainings for various institutions spanning from Banks, Insurance and other multilateral organization.

Maureen is joyfully married with children.
