The Funmi Babington-Ashaye Foundation Mentors Program is set to welcome the new set of mentees into it’s annual mentorship program. The program, which is running into its 5th year, is set to induct the new cohort members on Saturday, 28th March, by 12:00pm prompt.

The mentoring program, is made up of two sets of individuals, mentors and mentees, where each new mentee is assigned to a mentor, who mentors them for a 9-12 month period. The cohort training include career aspirations, spiritual life, family life, etc,

The mentee is expected to have been developed fully at the end of the program, thus becoming an individual who can thrive in any sphere of life.

The mentors are seasoned professionals, and a mentee is allotted to them based on alignment with their careers and goals.

The mentees enjoy unlimited access to their mentors, access to the founder of the foundation, Dr Funmi Babington-Ahsyae, access to training materials, virtual and physical mentoring sessions monthly and some physical events as well.

During this new induction happening on Saturday, the FBA cohort 5 mentees, will interface with their mentors and other mentors at the physical event. Besides the networking opportunities, they are also required to swear an oath of honor, promising to adhere to all the rules and activities of the program and to be good ambassadors of the FBA Foundation Mentors Program.
